DESCRIPTION:Racking, Breaking and Options

Place the 1-Ball at the apex, 2 & 3 on bottom corners, and 15-Ball in the third-row center.
Lag winner breaks first. After that, the player who legally pockets the last ball breaks next.
A legal break requires three balls to hit rails or one ball to be pocketed.
Scratching or missing the 1-Ball first gives opponent Ball-in-Hand and costs one point.
A player with Ball-in-Hand may shoot or return the shot to the previous shooter.
All balls legally pocketed on the break count toward the breaker’s score.

Scoring & Spotting Balls

Every legally pocketed ball scores 1 point, including additional balls after the called shot.
Match points: A Division (400 and Above): 75 pts
Scratch or wrong first contact results in a 1-point penalty.
Three consecutive fouls result in a 15-point deduction.
No safety play allowed. Intentional tie-ups receive a 15-point penalty.
Handicap is 1 point per 10 Fargo points, maximum 25 points.
