General Rules

  1. Age Requirements
    • Players must be between [10-18] years old
    • Proof of age may be required upon registration
  2. Safety & Conduct
    • No running or horseplay around tables
    • Respect for equipment, facility, and other players required
    • Parents/guardians must sign a liability waiver and acknowledge the rules and regulations
    • Zero tolerance for bullying or unsportsmanlike conduct
  3. Equipment Guidelines
    • House cues provided for beginners
    • Personal cues allowed and available for purchase
    • No damage to tables permitted
  4. Coaching Structure
    • Bi-Weekly sessions on Sunday Afternoons
    • Players must arrive 10 minutes before start time
    • 100% attendance required to receive a certification
    • Advanced notice required for absences
  5. Match Rules
    • Games played according to BCA/WPA rules with junior modifications
    • Coaching allowed only during designated timeouts
    • One timeout per game allowed (2 minutes maximum)
    • All shots must be called (except on break)
    • No sharking or distracting opponents
  6. Parent/Guardian Requirements
    • Must provide emergency contact information
    • Required to sign players in/out
    • Must be reachable during league play
    • Expected to support positive sportsmanship
  7. Dress Code
    • Closed-toe shoes required
    • No loose or baggy clothing
    • No inappropriate graphics or text on clothing
  8. Disciplinary Procedures
    • First offense: Verbal warning
    • Second offense: One-week suspension
    • Third offense: Season suspension
    • Serious infractions may result in immediate dismissal
